St Mary's Admissions
Policy and Procedures for Application and Enrollment
St. Mary's does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, ethnic or national origin in admission or in any other activities or programs of the school.
Application Procedure
- A new student interested in attending St. Mary’s Jr./Sr. High must submit the following: Report cards of previous 2 years of school history, standardized testing results, discipline report, and a copy of an IEP (Individual Education Plan) if applicable.
- The applicant must satisfactorily complete the St. Mary's entrance examination if entering 7th or 9th grade.
- Upon acceptance parents should submit a completed and signed registration form with a $150 registration fee that is nonrefundable and is not applied toward tuition. Other requirements include promotion of the school year attending, and possible interview with interested student and principal.
Enrollment
- The school will offer a written enrollment letter to qualified candidates for whom space exists.
- A student is offered a place for the following year if she/he meets the academic and behavioral standards of the school and her/his fees have been paid.
